Huge hands in 1st two levels of a tourney

How much is the correct raise in the 1st level of blinds in a T10k MTT? (with blinds @T25/50 or T50/100) By "huge hands" I'm talking about anything QQ - AA. I am caught in the conundrum of either not getting any action because I raised too much or letting other players in too cheaply to see the flop and either getting sucked out on or not getting what I think is good enough value from big pocket pairs in this situation.
