QQ flop decision.

.25/.5 blinds. 5 handed. I raise QQ UTG to 2, new player calls in SB (26.5) , very loose and very very passive player calls in BB (26.75).

Flop is T [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 3 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

I have Q [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] They both check to me and I bet 4, SB pops it to 8, BB calls - what is my plan? Will post thoughts later.
