Borgata 20 40
A hand I witnessed a little while ago...
7 handed game or so. I muck under the gun and my friend to my left (we'll call him Larry) raises. I sweat his cards and see two black 10's. Small blind who I don't know very well but seems to be very fishy calls, big blind who is very good also calls. Flop: 9s 8s 7s. Small blind leads. Big blind calls, Larry raises, small blind calls, big blind 3 bets, Larry caps it, small blind calls, big blind calls. Turn: Ah. Small blind checks, big blind bets, Larry raises, small blind calls, big blind 3 bets, Larry calls, small blind calls. River: 5s. Checked to Larry who confidently bets. His face looks even more confident when the big blind uncharacteristically yells "motherfker!!" as Larry's 8 red chips hit the felt. How did Larry play this hand? |
