Default What do you do to keep your focus during a 20-25 buyin downswing?

I am in the midst of a 25 buyin downswing at the 22's, and am trying to remain positive. I could whine all day about QQ-AA being taken down, and coinflips not being quite 50/50, but I know you've all been there. I'm not panicing, as I had built my roll up to 65 buyins.

Does a run like this come at the 22's often? I've taken a break, gone over hand histories, and tried to just keep playing good poker.

What do some of you guys do when variance is beating you down?
