Stepping up - Where are the Break Points?

I actually did a search and must not have found the right keywords. I am trying to settle a discussion with a friend and need some help from the group.

1. Based on skill level and the players, what level does PStars $1/2 play similar to in a casino? $4-$8, $10-20?? Is the answer the same for 6 handed vs. full ring?

2. Where is the jump or break point between players? For example, do you see an appreciable jump in skill from 1/2 to 2/4, or does it kick in at 3/6? Related to the previous question, if it is the $3-6, is this the same as $10-20 in a casino? If so, where does $2/$4 fit in?

3. Is there an appreciable difference at these levels between PStars and Party?

I will share my thoughts in a later post, but would really like some input on this one.
