Mike and Andrew's Rules 4 Donking 2-4 limit @ Sahara circa 4am

- Blind raises and caps are encouraged
- Dealer gets tipped $1 from each of us if we both fold preflop
- All uncalled bets get tipped
- 1st pot under $20 won by a participating player for each new dealer gets tipped (the whole pot, plus the standard $1 tip)
- Chopped pots are tipped
- Random big pots are tipped
- Slowrolling eachother is not only allowed, but encouraged
- Verbally slowrolling is even better, i.e. I bet the river, guys raises, I call and table top two, he taps the table, says nice hand, and shows a wheel.
- Placing chips in a metal drink holder, shaking it around and smashing it on the table, a la Pai Gau Poker, while screaming "Yahtzee!!" is the proper way to announce a raise.
- Order beers thrice at a time since the swing shift D-level cocktail waitress comes around once a presidential term
- Fold for $1 on the river closing the action in a $100 pot heads up with the best hand
- Make it three bets preflop and fold to a cap
- Break even after tipping an estimated 3 racks
- Lastly, but possibly most importantly, AA will be folded preflop face up (this was only accomplished once by Mike, so I folded too, so it would actually cost him $1 to fold AA preflop)
