Default Enough fold equity to make this play?

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, .25 BB (9 handed) converter

Hero ($17.25)
CO ($22.55)
Button ($10)
SB ($32.32)
BB ($18.57)
UTG ($29.4)
UTG+1 ($45.45)
MP1 ($9.78)
MP2 ($23.63)

Preflop: Hero is MP3 with J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $0.1.
<font color="#666666">4 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $1</font>, CO calls $1, <font color="#CC3333">Button raises to $1.75</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, BB calls $1.50, Hero raises $15.50 (all-in) CO folds, Button folds, BB calls $15.50.

This was a very tight table (for 25NL at least) and my feeling was that in this spot, everyone will often fold anything but AA and KK. Thoughts?
