Difficulty of H/L Stud vs HE

I'm solid winner at 2/4 hold'em and $11 and $16 SNGs. I read Sklansky's Hi/Lo section in Super System last week. Tonight I took my first shot at the tables, starting with the Stars penny-tables, moving up, finishing up at Party 3/6.

A lot of the players are chumps, by Sklansky's definition (e.g. playing kings, playing after catching "paint" on 4th). Playing super-tight 3rd street and pretty aggressive otherwise, it didn't seem too difficult.

What's the general opinion of online 2/4 - 5/10 Stud8 vs online 2/4 - 5/10 HE?
