Default When to call the river when you think your hand is best

Since my move to Pokerstars 2/4 my aggression has gone up too much (which is especially bad since it was already too high) I'm finding I play a raise or fold game, bet or raise when I feel I have the best hand, fold when I don't. The middle ground (call down against aggression) is pretty much gone.

In this hand villian is slightly loose-passive. I'm not folding any hand that beats me on the flop or turn so I check it hoping my A high is good, then the queen connects. On this board the river is an obvious call right? Was my flop and turn check correct?
