Calling with 55 or 66 in this position is pretty bad (unless BB is super tight and will fold a lot from the BB for 1 bet). Investing that extra SB has a great chance of eliminating BB. We want to play a hand like 55 HU, it has good showdown value against a 25% ASB CO raiser. Same goes for A9-ATo. This is not a spot to play 55 for implied odds anyways. We can usually make up the extra SB invested with postflop play by playing this hand HU.

Thats right -- I forgot BB might tag along more often if we call. I'm liking the 3bet more now.
