Passively Played QQ
A weird hand, live 5/10 game.
-- Villain is the same guy that folded the middle set to myself and a turn check-raiser here (link). However, he's been getting destroyed in this session and has been short-stacked a few times, going all in preflop and on the flop with some hands that would be quite shaky otherwise (KTo--, etc). He seems to have solid preflop standards when he's not tilting. Preflop: I'm UTG+1, there's 10 players, utg calls, I have QQ and I raise. A caller or two and then villain, in mp1, raises. He says he's going to put the hurt on us with (insert some weird inside name for a hand that I don't know here). Keeping in mind that the last time I UTG PFR'd this guy, he called me with TT, I'm a little nervous about the three-bet. I think we get two more callers and I call. The people/person who called me calls. Flop: 5 ways, 15.4 SB: T [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 5 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]3 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Checked to me, I bet. Folded to villain who raises, folded to me and I call. I check-call to the river. |
