Schoonmaker talks about getting to know the different types of opponents to understand why things make sense to them. So, I see this play quite a bit from donks, and I'm trying to figure out why this makes sense to them. Here's what I see a lot of:
I have something like KK and raise PF after they've already called with trash, they call for 1 more. The flop gives them something like an OESD. They check, I bet, they call. The turn gives them the nuts. They check, I bet, they call. The river comes and they bet. What are they thinking? |
