Funny Limit Dorm Game
So, my friends and I in the dorm (2 2+2ers and a newbie to poker) decide to try a live limit game instead of our usual low buy-in NL games. We'd like to play higher stakes, but the newbie sets them at $2 buyin .04/.08. I decide to try being a maniac for a while and permanently bet/raise in the dark.
One hand involves the newbie betting UTG, I raise with T7s, 2+2er folds, another 2+2er calls. Newbie raises, I call, 2+2er limp 4-bets, Newbie calls, I limp-5 bet. This process goes on for a while, and we each flip over our cards, deciding to go "all in". 2+2er has KK, Newbie 66, me T7s.
The flop is T86, with 2 of my suit. KK is looking pretty bad right now. Turn is a 6. [censored], newbie turned quads. River is a 6. [censored], newbie rivered 5 of a kind. We all stared in awe for a few seconds. I looked at the cards to make sure some weren't 9s, and we realized that there were 2 6 of hearts. We were rotating decks, and someone dealt the board from a different deck that they used to deal preflop.
