Default Turn Check

I open raise from the CO with A7o. The big blind calls me. He has reasonable stats for the four handed game we have been playing for the past hour and is a solid player. I do not have a good line on his check-raise tendencies but I know he is not one of those weak call-down with anything type of players. I think he is one of those solid players in the 30/60 who have to be tricked out of their money and aren't just giving it away. Nothing stands out in my notes about him.

The flop is AT7, rainbow. Check-bet-call. Turn is a T. Check-check? River is a blank. Bet-call?
