Advice on setting up an Empire account for rakeback

Here's my situation:

I'm currently playing four tables of $2-4 on Party and making about $1k a month. After seeing how much a friend is getting from rakeback, I know this is something that would really benefit me.

I have an existing Empire account (created during that infamous $500 bonus fiasco last year); however, I have never used it, never linked my banking to it, and an old address/phone number/email is listed under my profile.

I have also just formatted my computer, so there is no existing record of the Empire software on my computer (Party, yes).

Do you think I'll have any problems signing up a new account at Empire for rakeback?
