quick question about $$ party put into my account

i havent played at party in forever so they sent me an email saying heres a free 100, but you cant cahsout it out until you 600 blah blah balh. i'm not gonna clear the bonus but if i play with the money and win, do they only keep their 100?

also i did have 10 dollars in there. if i lose the 100 do i get to keep my 10? or do they take it.
