Las Vegas 5/10 vs 10/20

Planning a trip to Vegas -
Where are the best 5/10 games?
Most people seem to mention the Bellagio or Mirage -
Are there soft games to be found at this level? How do they compare to 5/10 internet games or to the Taj in AC?

Is there a big jump between 5/10 and 10/20 or does it depend more on the table.
