The Oaks Cardroom - Emeryville (Poor decision making)

I guess we'll see. I actually did bother to look up the court case, but I'm arrogant enough (as a lawyer) to think that it wouldn't really apply to my civil suit. Everything I read in the appeal concerned a specific card game, Sycuan 21, (a form of blackjack) or such "banking games" and did not address poker as it was defined by the Supreme Court(1987?) as a game of skill rather than luck. I have just recently received feedback from the Oaks management and have decided to postpone my flagwaving until I have heard what they have to say.
