You need to drop the rhetoric about being legally entitled to anything. California courts want nothing to do with gaming disputes. They enforce a strong public policy forbidding civil suits over gambling losses or gambling debts even when the gaming itself is legal. When you walk into a California cardroom you are risking your money without the benefit of legal protection.
