Default I think I play too tight

I played my first live poker (2/4)in a casino this weekend. The games were as loose as .2/.4 on stars: 6-10 to the flop with very little raising. I'm sure I can outplay just about all my opponents after the flop. Now the problem is, I don't think I'm playing enough hands to maximize the profitibiliy of these games. Here are some examples I'm not sure about:

4/5 limpers to me in MP2/MP3 with loose/passives to my left--87s-43s, T8s-53s, Q8s-96s, J7s, Kxs?

6-9 limpers to me in the SB, BB doesn't raise pf. What should I complete with (other than SSH reccomendations)?

3-5 limpers, CO raises, Button calls, SB calls (all the limpers will call too) and I have ATo, KJo, KTo, QJo-Q9o, or JTo-J9o, or smaller offsuit connector/one gapper in the BB ( getting something like 15-1 to call)? Should I play anything else (not in SSH reccomendations)?

7-10 limpers to me on the button with A9o, A8o, or offsuit connectors/ one gappers below JT (BB, SB never raise pf)?

Med./Sm. suited one,two and three gappers, Kxs, from BB with raise infront and fewer than five players to see the flop (which hands with x number of players, x type of players, raiser to left or right of me)?
