Help with my stats

I'm hoping someone will have some guidance for me. I've played maybe 300 hands and here are my numbers.

I see 30% of the flops
I stay to completion 17% of the time
I win 44% when I see the flop
I win 14% of all hands (avg 8 player games)
I win 57% of showdowns

I am slightly ahead in dollars.

Do I stay too often, not enough, is my winning too low, showdown % good or bad?

Any help is appreciated.
