Default Too Aggressive with AK?

I don't know if I'm playing these correctly. I seem to run into similar situations frequently and am not sure what to do. I raised preflop and then I feel lost when I miss the flop against 3 opponents. At what point do I slow down? I'm having a hard time figuring out where to be aggressive I think...

Villain is LAP (VPIP 80, PFR 20, AGR 0.40) after 20 hands
