EPCASHTEN Bonus?

Don't know if this has ever been mentioned, but does anyone else think they award these bonuses when you move cash in and out of the site without actually ever playing?

I got to imagine somewhere they keep track of how much in fees you rack up against them.

I ask because I haven't ever received one of these automatic bonuses before. I haven't played on Empire in a couple months but I've been moving money in and out during that time. I deposited for one reload, never played and cashed out. Then I deposited once or twice with the intention of playing, never did and cashed them out. Just recently I got a GET15 bonus, so I deposited and then cashed out (since it lasts 30 days). Soon after that cashout is when they hit me with this EPCASHTEN bonus. $10 bonus into my account with 300 raked hands required to play it off. Even if I played the lowest levels, they would make twice that back in rake.
