Default Dealing with multiple manics

I'm still fairly new to hold'em. I've been doing okay -- not great but on the positive side -- unless I end up in a room with several manic players. One is nice to have in the room, and you can count on him to pad your bankroll, but when two or three sit down with me and start reraising off each other, it gets very expensive. How do you deal with these types of tables? They seem like they should be very profitable.
