Quiet PC

I am looking for a new PC to multi-monitor on. Anyone out there have a quiet prebuilt solution? I want to keep in on 24/7 in my bedroom. I hear the dell SC 400's are very quiet, but they don't make those anymore.

Howe about building my own, suggestions on ways to get it the quietest possible?

So basically i am looking for quietness and stability to 8 table on dual monitors.
