Default Wimpy? AQs OTB

UTG is super-passive and a little loose. MP is loose and a bit passive. CO is a TAG who has done nothing but play well, pre and post flop (possible 2+2er?).

Party Poker 5/10 Hold'em (6 max, 6 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is Button with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
UTG calls, MP calls, CO calls, Hero raises, 1 fold, BB calls $6 (All-In), UTG calls, MP calls, CO calls, Hero calls.

Flop: (11.40 SB) K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (5 players, 1 all-in)
UTG checks, MP checks, CO checks, Hero checks.

Who bets? Who likes the check? I thought it was unlikely that a bet here would give me a free card on the turn.

Turn: (5.70 BB) A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (5 players, 1 all-in)
UTG checks, MP checks, CO bets, Hero calls...

Raise for value? Raise for protection? I thought the CO was good enough to lay down a weaker ace if I raised here. What's my river plan?
