Bet365 - No Neteller withdrawals???

I thought whoring Bet365 would be just a quick in and out process, but I was wrong.

I went on last night with the sole intention of clearing the bonus, which I did in a few hours. I was not happy with the software or really anything about the service so I decided I would withdraw my money. First, the bonus was not put into my account until this morning. I was told this was normal as you have to e-mail customer service and actually ask for the bonus.

So now I'm trying to withdraw the full amount. When I choose the option to do so, it tells me the payment method I chose (Neteller of course) does not support online withdrawals. WTF? This is a first...I can't do an online transaction via Neteller?? I e-mailed support about this hours ago and have yet to receieve a response. Does this mean they're gonna send me a check? Considering how long it takes just to hear back from them, I could be waiting until Christmas for a check.

Anyone have any info on this?
