Trouble With Party Email Validation
Logged in this am, screen came up saying they tried to send me email on Apr 20 but couldn't and would I please validate my email? Replied to customer service saying that I had received many emails from them since Apr 20 and what was this. They replied that I should just ignore or go ahead and re-validate my email.
In order to get rid of the repeating message, I started the procedure, but have never received the code required to complete the validation procedure. Its been a while now. Supposedly as long as my email in unverified, I can't cash out. Also when sitting at a table I can't view the hand history.
Anyone else having/had this problem?
