Default Checkraised while holding AA

10-handed Live 1-2 NL game I have about 800 and have the villain covered (about 725). UTG calls, MP1 calls, Villain in MP3 makes it $25 to go. CO folds, I call $25, blinds fold, UTG and MP1 call. ($103 in the Pot)

I probably should have reraised preflop to better define my hand. Especially given the skill of this player, it would have made the hand much easier to play in the later streets...

Villain was the biggest stack at the table (after me), and one of the better players. Last time he raised to $25 preflop, he showed down AA. I put him on JJ-KK maybe AA(AA much less likely cuz I had them), AK, AQ, but he is entirely capable of raising light to mix up his play.

Flop:

Q-6-3 (rainbow, suits are pretty much unimportant)

UTG checks MP1 checks, Villain bets $50, I raise to $150. UTG folds, MP1 folds, villain calls $100.
(Pot: $403)

Turn: rag. Villain checks, I bet $100, Villain checkraises $200 on top...

Hero...

Perhaps I should have bet a little more on the turn (half the pot?)?

What if hero had KK in the same situation?

Thoughts? All comments appreciated.
