1/2 and 5/10 similarities

Hi, there. I tried posting this in the heads up/short-handed forum, but I only got one response so I am posting it here, too.

I'm trying to improve my short handed play and have found a lot of good posts with the search feature, but I have a couple of short questions that I couldn't find the answers to.

Specifically, I've found great posts that tell what my stats should be for 5/10 and I was wondering if I can apply these stats to the 1/2 6 max games or do they play a lot differently? In other words, can I play 1/2 in the exact same way as 5/10? I'm not worried about the larger swings at 5/10, I just want to make sure I don't pick up any bad habits at 1/2 that I would take with me when I move up.

Also, is a win rate of 2BB/100 or more plausible 4 tabling 5/10 long term? I know people say it is, but would anybody like to post their actual win rates after AT LEAST 100,000 hands? Thanks for all your help.
