I'm not as convinced it's an easy call. I might well call with TT to (a) check that no flush card came on the turn and (b) sucker someone in. It's also reasonably likely the cutoff had 34s and obviously called on the flop, now hits the straight and wants to force out flush draws.

Let's give the villain some respect here - I think you'll be shown 34 (or TT) a lot more often than other posters think.
