Default Learning from tiny PT sampe: High VPIP affecting aggresion stats?

Hi all, this is my first post here..so please be brutal
I've just using PT, and have a tiny samle size (1200)..I know that you need 100million hands for some stats, yet I have already seen some things to improve..namely VPIP is way too high (31), partly do to WAY too much calling from SB (>70%)..so PT has already paid for itself..
I feel that I am pretty aggressive preflop (7%) and no wall flower post flop, though at 0.25/0.5 you can't go crazy.
My question is ..are the aggression stats (1.5/1.8/1.5) parlty reflecting the preflop play..ie should i just concentrate on my preflop play for now and worry bout aggression later?

All comments, rants, etc welcome
Brian
