Default Re: The Bellagio-Mirage-Wynn Middle Limit War Begins

Wynn's computerized waiting lists and vastly better comps (according to what I read in another thread) should give them a good foundation for providing better service to the middle limit crowd.

I dont get the value of the whole comps thing, especially at mid limits.

Example 1: Touristy 30/60 game. You get rivered a few times to many though, and decide to call it a day -2000. On your way out of the room the floorman says "thanks for playing, heres $6, go buy yourself a sandwich"

Example 2 : Juicy 30/60 game. The deck hits you good a few times, and you cash out after 4 hours +3000. On your way out of the room the floorman says "Nice play Mr. Heres $6, go buy yourself a coffee and pastry"

Oddly I concur. If the room was catering to locals, then I'd see great value for the comps to be installed. Since it in theory is not... then what's the point of allowing them to exist?
