Party Email Support?

Has anybody else had any problems with this recently?
I have sent 5 or 6 mails over the last few weeks and have had zero response to any of them! I also know of 2 other people that have had no response either.

Perhaps as the mails were asking about gear from the party store that was ordered as soon as it opened they do not know how to reply!

Oh well I guess the 'special' response to emails for being a gold member really means never to answer at all!
