Play differently with FH?

Alright. This is 1/2NL and there are about 6 limpers for $2. I have TT on the button. I bet it up to $14 to steal the blinds/I have position.

Flop comes 4TJ rainbow. He checks, I bet $12. He calls.

Turn comes J. He checks, I bet $25 and he takes a long time and calls.

River comes 3. No flush. He waits forever to bet then bets $50. I reraise all in ($125 to go).

He calls and has JJ. Was there anyway that I get away from reraising there? Should I just call? What can I put him on with calling the $14 raise preflop?
