Default Theory Q... checkraising in blinds w/top pair on flop to PFR

I find myself doing this ALOT... late position raiser, say the flop is ten high and you have a decent 10, I will check raise PFR probably 8 times out of 10.

This makes it 2 cold to anyone after me that limped with junky overcards, and puts pressure on PFR, which more often than not is just overs.

Finally, even if it is an overpair, they slow down alot ive found, and will usually just call and then check behind on river with an overpair, saving me a SB in the long run..

Is this sound logic, and does anyone else see merit in this?? I feel it has worked well for me
