Should I have dumped this preflop?
Really felt like I got sucked in on this one.
Party Poker 1/2 Hold'em (9 max, 8 handed) converter Preflop: Hero is BB with T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. UTG calls, 1 fold, MP1 calls, 2 folds, Button raises, SB calls, Hero calls, UTG 3-bets, MP1 folds, Button calls, SB calls, Hero calls. SSHE says that against a raise, BB should play any two cards that would be played in late position for a single bet (I looked it up while the hand was in progress heh), which includes QTo. Then the limp re-raise came in from behind. It was a still a single bet back to me, so I gritted my teeth and called again, even though it went against my better judgement to do so. Am I confused the principle here? If so, please explain. (Thank God this situation doesn't happen too often lol). |
