pokerroom bonus

I am still working on my deposit bonus (30% on $1000) at pokerroom. I deposited another $1000 for the 15% CELL bonus, but it doesnt show up. I e-mailed support, and they said:

"First you need to accumulate the required points for the 30% Mousepad Deposit Bonus promotion, which at the moment, you still need to collect 1619 points to be credited with $300 and then thereafter are going to be able to work towards the 15% Reload Bonus of $1000 which would be $150. We hope this provides you with more clarity!!!"

does this mean i have the bonus, and it will show up after i clear the $300 signup bonus? Or do i have to clear it by apr 25th, and deposit another $1k?
