Recommended Means of Fund Transfer

Could someone please recommend the best way to transfer money to and from poker sites? Here's some info so you know what I mean by best:

I'm going to play Party Poker
I don't want to go direct from my credit card or bank account
Neteller does not service the state I live in
I'm more concerned with easy withdrawl of money than easy deposit

Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks.
