I have to disagree. If he raises more when he has monster pre-flop hands, he wont get the respect for his AQ or 99 regular size raises. Pick a raise ammount (Adjust for limpers) and make taht raise every time you are going to raise in a multiway pot. As for this hand, its really read-dependent, but I dont think he has a high PP given his pre-flop play, so i would fold, putting him on a set.
