party poker and empire accounts

so i created an empire account 6 months ago, stopped using it about 2 months ago, and created a party poker account 4 days ago and deposited...

are they going to find out? im using the same cc and address, but different emails... if they do find out, what are they doing to do? a friend of mine said they'll freeze my account and refund my buyin, but take any winnings...any truth to this? thanks.
