Eurobet support/cashout?

I'm fairly new to Eurobet and have a few questions. Any help would be appreciated.

I have never received any correspondence from them. I was not positive that I gave the right e-mail address so I e-mailed them to make sure that they had it. Still nothing.

Anyone had that same (lack of) experience?

2nd Since I had to deposit the cash in the sportsbook and transfer it to poker, do I need to transfer it back to the sportsbook if I want to cashout? They said it takes up to a day to do this and they would not honor my request to neteller from poker acct.

Does everyone need to transfer the money before they cash out?

How has the cashout experience of others gone?
