the only way it's possible if one or both make a concession... kinda hard to maintain the integrity of your beliefs if you are giving up something. If it turns out that certain non-negotiable beliefs are actually negotiable fine, but if both sides are holding onto core beliefs that are in conflict with each other about the only thing you end up with is conflict...
