Default For Love of the Game

I've been playing online for like 2 years and have averaged about 1.5BB/100 @ 1/2 and 2.5BB/100 @ 2/4 with about 35k+ hands at each limit (also about a 1.5-2BB/100 @ .5/$1). I've had some 100BB downswings here and there but the biggest downswing I've had has been about 160BBs...up until now. Over the last two weeks I've lost over 325BB. Some of that is of course the result of poor decisions, etc. but I find it hard to believe I've been a winning player for 2 years and now can't seem to have a winning session to save my life. I've tried going down in limits (just continue to lose). I've tried decreasing the number of tables I play (just lose at a somewhat slower pace). It's crazy combo of missed draws, cold cards, sets over sets, several KK/QQ/AK running into AA, players hitting longshots over and over again.

I guess I'm asking at what point to you throw your hands up and quit? I love playing cards, but a man can only handle so much. I've read archived threads about downswings but haven't seen a lot on 300BB+ type of slides. I've taken a small break but that didn't seem to help either. I don't let the losses affect my game (if anything I think I play somewhat better overall when losing for some reason)

Just depressed and looking for advice.

Also, if anybody has any good instructions/direction on how to get rake back on Party, I'd appreciate some direction in this matter. If I continue playing, it may help offset my losses.

Thanks in advance.
