Bonus Questions

Two very simple bonus questions.

1. If you open an account (or reload) and take advantage of a bonus, how long do you have to keep your money in the account before withdrawing it back to Neteller?
2. If you open an account at a site that offers an initial deposit bonus and a reload bonus, can you take advantage of both by making an initial deposit and the another deposit to take advantage of the reload?

This is probably discussed somewhere but I can't find it.
