Multi-tabling technique

I'm doing really well playing 2 tables at 2/4, but as soon as I go up to three or four I start to get uncomfortable, make rushed decisions and probably lose more money (no real evidence to back that up but it sure feels like it).

Are there any good tools out there to organize windows or use keyboard shortcuts? The only thing I've seen mentioned around here is multiple monitors, which I don't have the budget for just yet. Thanks
