Stupid Playerview Question

I know this probably sounds dumb, but I was wondering if anybody can tell me how to download a playerview layout. I click on the download link and it send me to a page with a bunch of commands. Am I supposed to save this to a text file then convert it to a pvl. file somehow. Any help is greatly appreciated.
