Default Online hourly rake

In a 2/4, 3/6, or 4/8 game online, how much is the tight aggressive player losing in the rake per 100 hands? Assume the standard $3 max, $1 at $20, $1 at $40, and $1 at 60. And assume 9 handed table.

Is there a general rule for this? Seems like I might have read and estimate of 1 big bet per hour for B&M.

I understand this depends on a lot of factors such as avg pot and the type of opponents you have. But I was hoping someone might have some real data on this sort of thing.
