Neteller/Eurobet problem... money missing

I cashed out $800 from Eurobet last night. Today when i get home i check my neteller account and they declined the deposit.

Now the money is not in neteller or eurobet. When i called neteller they tell me it was declined and i need to call the merchant to find out why. I then get the transaction #.

Eurobet sent the money to neteller, why would eurobet know why neteller declined the deposit? I'm getting nowhere with support. Any suggestions? I'm sure this has happened to someone before.
