William Hill Cash Out - Making me very nervous

Like the posters in a recent thread, I am having a problem with William Hill and a slow cashout and can get no response to my e-mails. It is now 4 days and no money in my Neteller account from Will Hill. I'm a fairly experienced player and have never had a problem with any of the other sites I have cashed out with (Party, Empire, Stars, UB, Interpoker, Royal Vegas, Full Tilt, Pacific,Paradise and Gaming Club). Does anyone know if they are having problems that just make them a little slow currently or any other info that will soothe my jitters, or am I right to be nervous.
